terms and conditions
Thanks for booking in your hire items with She Creates Weddings. Securing your booking means you have read and accept these terms.
BOOKING
Enquire with your wishlist of items you wish to hire, and we will then confirm the availability of the products. Please provide the names and details for the designs.
DESIGN PORTFOLIO
You can view our design portfolio online, to select a design and font, or you may request any custom design of your own.
DEPOSIT
All welcome sign and seating plan orders require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. All other orders require a 25% deposit to secure. There is no bond required.
PAYMENT
We accept payments by cash or bank transfer. EFT reference/description is your name and hire date. Total payment is due before or on collection (for cash) collection. Late fees apply.
COLLECTION & RETURNS
The pick-up location is 8 Heath Avenue, Tea Tree Gully, 5091 or delivery can be arranged at an additional fee. All larger items are collapsible and easy to fit in your car. Closer to your date we will arrange collection (preferably Wednesdays, Thursday nights or Fridays days).
Returns are generally best on Sundays or Monday evening and can be no later than Tuesday evening to allow preparation time for the next booking.
A late fee of $20.00 per day will be charged for all hire items that are not returned by Tuesday (unless alternative agreements have been made).
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Delivery can be arranged, however additional delivery charges will apply depending on your location, to account for time and fuel costs. Delivery and pick-up is calculated at $0.88 per km to and from Tea Tree Gully. Delivery is suitable for our fragile mirrors, however not compulsory. Delivery is for the morning of your event and collections are for the following morning.
DAMAGE
All breakages, damage or losses must be paid for by the hirer.
Damage to our polaroid cameras and mirrors would result in the purchase of a replacement.
Breakage of champagne tower coupes will incur a replacement fee per glass.
PACKAGING & STORAGE ITEMS
All storage or packaging items provided to transport items must be returned, or a fee of $10.00 will be required for replacement.
CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, deposits will not be returned in the event of a cancellation.
